Jill Weldum, President

Jill is the president and founder of Alkira Marriage and Family Therapy, P.C., is licensed to practice in New York State, and is a Certified Child Play Therapist (CCPT). Jill is a clinical member and approved supervisor of AAMFT, the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. She is also a member of AASECT, the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists.

Natasha Ramroop Walker, Intake Clinician

 Pronouns: she/her

As Clinical Director, she is available to all clinical staff for emergencies and abuse reporting. Natasha provides weekly supervision and support to staff and resident interns. Natasha assists with in-services training to help staff and interns provide best practices.

Cheryl is warm and compassionate. She will assist you with getting your intake appointment scheduled, guide you through the payment process, and help you navigate insurance challenges. She believes in the power of this work and how therapy can transform lives.
