Caitlyn is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of New York and North Carolina. She is Masters prepared in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University, with advanced studies in Child Therapy and certification as a clinical provider for ADHD. Her experience includes working with individuals, couples, families, and children/adolescents, employing a range of system-based approaches. Caitlyn’s therapeutic interventions are based on efficacy-based modalities that are person-centered, sexuality/gender-affirming, and empowerment-focused.

In relationship therapy, Caitlyn facilitates the enhancement of interpersonal communication skills, guiding couples and families to resolve and move beyond conflicts by fostering emotional safety in their relationship and increasing emotional understanding of one another.

In individual therapy, Caitlyn facilitates acceptance and change by assisting clients in deepening their understanding of themselves and their patterns and making intentional choices about how to continue or alter those patterns to better align with their authentic identities.

Caitlyn is certified in Integrating CBT and Exposure & Response Prevention for the Treatment of GAD, Panic Disorder, OCD, Social Anxiety, and phobias and is an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. She has completed training in Treating Affairs and Trauma utilizing the Gottman Method. Caitlyn has received additional training to work with members of the LGBTQ+ community seeking letters for gender-affirming care.
