As Clinical Director at Alkira Marriage and Family Therapy, Natasha maintains a full caseload of clients and supervises both Limited Permit MFTs and Interns. A graduate from Syracuse University, Natasha has been in practice for nine years. In addition to working as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Natasha has expertise working with individuals, children/adolescents, and families experiencing conflict issues, domestic violence, and trauma. As program coordinator at a local agency, she oversaw programs to help children and adolescents with problematic sexual behaviors and is trained in PSB-CBT A and S.
Her experience interfacing with multiple systems including schools, law enforcement, child protective services, and medical professionals gives her a unique ability to provide comprehensive care to every situation that requires it.

As Clinical Director, she is available to all clinical staff for emergencies and abuse reporting. Natasha provides support to the office manager and intake coordinator around clinical questions and concerns as needed. Natasha assists with in-services training to help staff and interns provide best practices.
Natasha is Gottman Level 1 Certified, Trained in EMDR, TF-CBT Trained and a Candidate for AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She is also a Certified Breathwork Coach through Loka Yoga School and uses techniques of mindfulness and breathwork to inform her therapy practice. Natasha is a Candidate to become an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist.
